For the past three years, TradOak has been sponsoring Tony Jardine, a well-known English rally driver, motorsport pundit and former Formula One assistant team manager. As Tony’s major sponsor, he has named his team the TradOak.com Rally Team. Tony will be competing in the biggest rallying event in the UK currently, the bi-annual Roger Albert Clark 5-day endurance rally, in November, which takes place over stages around Carmarthen, Carlisle, Kielder Forest and Southern Scotland.
The TradOak.com Rally Team will be joining forces with Sustain Fuels. With TradOak recycling old oak beams from dilapidated buildings for reuse, the entire rally team will be sustainable as even the team support vehicles will run on Sustain diesel with zero emissions at the exhaust. The 1600 cc engine in the TradOak.com 1973 Chrysler Avenger runs perfectly on the latest advanced second-generation biofuel manufactured from agricultural waste, with no loss of power or performance. Coryton Fuels, who manufacture Sustain Fuels, design the fuel as a ‘drop in’ product without the need for any modification to the engine. We wish Tony and his serial-winning rally navigator Ali Procter, all the very best for their forthcoming adventure!
