TradOak has been sponsoring "Motor Racing Legends" for over 13 years, and presenting the TradOak Family Spirit Trophy to deserving recipients at 5 major historic motor racing events annually. This year, in Belgium  at the famous "Spa Six Hours" historic racing weekend, Tim Parker and Andrew Howe Davies competed in their beautiful 1930 Lagonda 4500.  Whereas, understandably, most competitors tow or transport their beloved ‘Old Timers’ from the UK to the venue, Tim and Andrew drove it the 360 miles from Buckinghamshire to Spa Francorchamps, pushed it hard through the practices and successfully completed their race, before driving it all the way back home again. Tim and Andrew were really delighted to receive the TradOak trophy, in recognition of their tenacity and determination not only to race their car, but to use it.
