Oak for the extension was carefully selected, matching the tone and grain of the
original as closely as possible to ensure that the final appearance of the finished table
remained authentic.

Each new section was shaped to fit as if it always belonged, with discreet and strong
joints, and applied around the outside edge, extending its diameter with precision.
Our client was thrilled with the result, and it now stands in pride of place on the
family’s patio.
